Neil W. McCabe, the national political director of The Star News Network, spoke to former World Health Organization immunologist and Wuhan virus whistleblower about what she said was the first attempt by Chinese President Jin-Ping Xi and the Chinese Communist Party to release the COVID-19 virus at the October 2019 World Military Games held in Wuhan.
The researcher, who was tasked with figuring out the origins of COVID-19 while working at the WHO facilities in Hong Kong, said the Chinese attempted to launch COVID-19 as a bioweapon at the seventh running of the military games, which are staged as an Olympic-like event.
Yan said that Chinese military theory teaches that launching bioweapons at large gatherings is both effective and difficult to trace.
The medical doctor said although the evidence shows that the Chinese targeted the World Military Games, she does not know why it was an unsuccessful attempt.

McCabe: Dr. Li-Meng Yan is a top immunologist and Wuhan virus whistleblower. Dr. Yan told The Star News Network that Chinese President Xi Jinping and the Chinese communist party deliberately released COVID-19 at the October 2019 holding of the 7th Military World Games in Wuhan.

Yan: Xi Jinping’s team, I mean emergency reactions of team, they have prepared different military drills combined like the local doctors and citizens all over China, especially in Wuhan. This is not accepted because they prepared. And this is something they prepared to happen during the Military Games.
McCabe: Dr. Yan, who while a researcher at the World Health Organization facilities in Hong Kong, was tasked with figuring out the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, said Chinese military theory teaches that bio-weapons launched at large gatherings are both effective and difficult to trace.
Yan: According to the Chinese Communist Party and the military’s theory in the unrestricted weapon, that big gathering big events like military games or Olympics is ideal for, in fact, people participate, and … bring these passages all over the world. And no one can trace the origin after the outbreak.
McCabe: For Yan, the real mystery is why the attack failed on the 2019 World Military Games, not whether its eventual successful release was deliberate.
Yan: This kind of out-of-control happened in Wuhan but it was not as expected, as the Chinese government spread it and calls out brigades at that time in other countries.
We don’t know why. Based on my evidence until now, we didn’t see it successfully spreading the virus all over the world through the Military Games. However, as a scientist, I based [my conclusion] on scientific evidence.
